Hampden South - Fix & Flip

We collaborated with our real estate investor friends at Creative Homes & West Iron Construction on this Hampden South, fix and flip. We assisted with this interior and exterior design and were able to get this home sold in just a couple of days!

Broomfield - Home Remodel

This was a very special remodel project. We had the privilege to assist our client with the remodel of their unique 1960's home that sits on a lake in Broomfield. We completely gutted the main level and then designed and built a brand new fireplace, kitchen and beautiful new hardwood flooring throughout. For furniture and decor we went for a coastal chic, modern look. We loved the way it turned out!

Parker - Owner’s Suite Remodel

“I want to feel like I am always at the spa" This is what our client told us when she hired us for her main bedroom and bathroom remodel. Her new bathroom includes custom cabinets, an air jetted tub, fireplace, a steam shower with body sprays.
