Builder
Responsible for budgets, planning and deadlines. Job duties commonly include managing building materials, negotiating costs, supervising construction and sub-contractors.
Architect
Responsible for designing the building shell. They will work with the homeowner, builder, and designer to develop the concepts for structures and turn those concepts into blueprints.
