Are you ready to book an interior designer, or thinking of booking one? Here are three things to help guide you well you make that decision.
Where There's Whimsy There's A Way
We are in it now, the thick of summer. It's all green grass, wildly growing flowers, beaming sunshine, and trees stretching their limbs up and out as far as their little twigs can reach. The kids and the dogs can't get enough time playing outside while the grown ups are remembering just how quickly weekends fly by when spent in the mountains or on the water.
These weeks of summer are filled to the brim with crackling energy and right now we don't ever want fall to come. Well, except football. So what do we do to keep these summer vibes alive all year long? Why, a touch of whimsy of course. Add in little (or big!) details that make visitors do a double take, gasp with delight, or even give a little chuckle. Start small with a vase or juice glasses, then move to a light fixture, and finally jump in head first and fully clothed with a zany wall paper or piece of furniture worth of Dr. Seuss.
